Giving Back: Variant’s Philanthropy Program

Each year Variant offers to donate up to $5,000 per employee to qualified organizations of their choosing. As a firm, Variant believes that letting the employees determine the beneficiaries results in more thoughtful and involved donations. We also hope it will encourage a life-long habit of giving.

One of our 2023 recipients, Water Wells for Africa, recently posted a video demonstrating the impact of our contributions on one of their rural communities.
